Service Level Agreement

This SimplyStack Servers Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) is a policy governing the use of SimplyStack Servers under the terms of the SimplyStack Servers Terms of Service between the SimplyStack Servers and its affiliates (“SimplyStack Servers”, “us” or “we”) and users of SimplyStack Server’ services (also referred as “you”). This SLA applies separately to each account using SimplyStack Servers services. Unless otherwise provided herein, this SLA is subject to the terms of the SimplyStack Servers Agreement and capitalized terms will have the meaning specified in the SimplyStack Servers Agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms of this SLA in accordance with the SimplyStack Servers Agreement.
